The Compounder is responsible for the compounding of all products.
The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
· Handle all materials to ensure the following
o Purity, safety and integrity of the product
o Safety and integrity of the equipment used in the facility
· Perform balance calibration check procedures.
· Follow weigh area instructions as prescribed in manufacturing practice and procedures
· Clean and maintain weigh area and weigh area log.
· Understand and implement equipment cleaning procedures, cleaning apparatus and techniques, monitor and order cleaning suppies.
· Inspect and set up manufacturing equipment.
· Perform daily maintenance of the Purified Water System.
· Maintain cleanliness of processing areas and related equipment.
· Work in tandem with another compounder.
