Overview:
We are an RV Dealership looking to hire a couple more RV Service Technicians to add to our crew.

What a Service Technician does is repairs specific issues that the customer identifies.

We sell and service RVs. When we sell a new unit, the manufacturer's provide a warranty with the product. We can perform warranty work for the manufacturer. We must diagnose, take pictures and/or describe issues on the work order, and then submit the repairs for approval. Documenting issue, cause, correction is very important.

We also do normal repair jobs, big and small, here! These jobs are estimated by our service adviser, and then the technicians perform the job.

As an RV Service Technician you must be familiar with carpentry, plumbing, and electrical (12V and 110V) systems. If you are phenomenal with one of the 3, with only basic knowledge in the other 2, please still apply! We do have great technicians that can help train in certain areas.

You must be able to diagnose and repair items.

Applicants must have their own tools.

We will train the right applicants, however knowledge of Carpentry, Plumbing, and Electrical is a must.

Hours are typically Monday - Friday 8:00-5:00

There are some days where technicians will start a little early or stay a little late.

Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on various RV systems and components
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake repairs, and tire rotations
- Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Repair or replace damaged parts and components
- Install accessories and upgrades as requested by customers
- Keep accurate records of all services performed
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as an RV Technician or in a similar role
- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools for repairs and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair techniques
- Familiarity with dealership operations and procedures
- Ability to solder and perform equipment repairs
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
