Maintenance Manager

have the job for you.

We are a family owned and operated Greenhouse, Garden Center, and Landscape company in Maple Grove,
MN. We are in the business of working hard and creating beautiful outdoor spaces. We love what we do and
are looking for hardworking passionate people to join our team.

Should you land the gig, you could find yourself welding, plumbing, pipefitting, woodworking, maintaining
vehicles, and running light electrical service. We have irrigation that needs oversight, benches that need to be
maintained, glass that needs to be repaired, small and large engines that need to be serviced. We also need
help loading and unloading trucks during our busy shipping seasons.

You’re good at:

• Working with your hands.
• Fixing things and problem solving.
• Communicating with coworkers and organizing a team on larger projects.

You might also:

• Have experience with boilers.
• Enjoy talking to customers if you find yourself on a delivery.
• Be good at making co-workers laugh when it’s raining and we’re working outside.
• Have prior education or experience in a specific trade.

• A current Maintenance Manager with more than 25 years of experience here to teach you the ins

• An Owner that allows each department head to run their division as they see fit.
