Open Position: Mount Vernon Office

We are looking for a professional individual for a dispatcher-customer service position for our Mount Vernon location. The primary duty is creating a calendar of appointments for estimate and installation appointments with our customers. This includes receiving calls from customers and initiating contact for installation dates. This position requires a high level of organization, excellent communication skills, and a desire to offer customers a positive experience.

Skills required to be successful:

• Mult-task ability: Switching between tasks promptly and happily is necessary.
• Responsiveness: Returning customer phone calls and staying “ahead of the game” makes for happy customers
• Flexibility: Understanding schedule changes of customers and working toward a resolution is important.
• Computer use: Efficiency on a computer to create orders, save documents, print documents, and navigate Microsoft Outlook is necessary.
• Professionalism and Maturity.
• Reliablity: Demonstrate the ability to be at work and on time

This is a career-type position for the right individual. It is a full-time position Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (with breaks and a 1 hour lunch).
