POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for assisting coaches with student-athletes in-game strategies and techniques to prepare them for athletic competition. Motivates student-athletes to develop an appreciation of the sport.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Helps instructs players in the rules, regulations, and techniques of wrestling.
Assists with organizing and directing practice activities/exercises, assessing player’s skills, monitoring players during competition and practice.
Helps with supervising athletes during practices and competition.
