Requirements

Join our team! Lynch Truck Center is in immediate need of a full – time or part time – receptionist. 

SCHEDULE: 

Part- time: 10-15 hours per week. Flexible hours during the week and every other Saturday 8am – 12pm

Full – time: 40 hours per week 

JOB SUMMARY AND DUTIES:

• Greeting and welcoming visitors 
• Answer and transfer phone calls 
• Scanning documents into computer 
• Laminating documents 
• Other clerical duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: 

• Ability to work independently 
• Excellent customer service skills 
• Ability to multi – task
