We are an industry-leading new and used equipment dealer who operates 11 branches throughout 5 states. We recently opened two new facilities in Pensacola, FL and Mobile, AL, and a second location dedicated to Parts & Service in Richland, MS. We are growing and need new faces on our team! As we continue to grow, we are looking for a high energy, self-motivated employee who work well with others and/or independently in a safe manner.

Duties:

• Develop assigned territory to maximize rental and sales potential
• Develop new accounts and maintain current accounts
• Drive new rental business as well as new equipment and used equipment sales
• Make sales calls on all jobsites and offices in the assigned territory
• Learn technical aspects of Lyle Machinery equipment, function and appropriate applications.
• Assist as necessary with collections with the accounts payable department
• Maintain current information in Lyle Machinery CRM system

Requirements

• College Degree in Business or Marketing preferred
• High School Diploma
• Valid Driver’s license
• Excellent oral and written communications
• Effective customer relations skills
• Computer proficiency

Physical: 

• Ability to see in full range color
• Ability to kneel, climb, bend, twist, lift and squat to service equipment 
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs
• Must be able to work in any weather environment
• Must be able to safely operate in, around, under and on top of equipment
