We've added a location just down the road from our Headquarters in Richland, Mississippi, dedicated especially to Parts & Service. With several locations across MS, AL, LA, FL, and TX, LMC performs service and repairs, both on-site and in the field, in addition to the sales, leases and rentals of heavy and compact equipment. 

 Not only have we been the #1 Komatsu Market Share Dealer in North America for the past 7 years, but we have also been Dealer of the Year for many of our other OEMs with whom we’ve partnered. 

Duties:

· Professionally represent the company to customers via walk-in and telephone communications

· Work with customers to troubleshoot machine part issues to identify their needs

· Assist with inventory management for the parts department to include but not limited to cycle counts, system updates and tracking

· Unloading and sorting of whole goods freight

· Annual warehouse inventory

· Continuous maintenance of customer relationships to include timely follow-ups and check-ins

· Will maximize gross margin contribution through sales 

· Learn and execute financing options in order to assist customers

· Constantly strive to improve knowledge of features of all equipment and parts sold by dealership

Requirements

· Must have a high school diploma or GED

· Ability to lift items weighing up to 50lbs

· Forklift certified

· Must have at least 2 years of previous parts/inventory experience

· Excellent communication and customer service skills, and able to maintain a professional image and demeanor 

· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment 

· Must have at least a moderate level of point-of-sale system experience

· Must have a valid Driver’s License 

· Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background and drug test)

· Ability to see in full range color

· Ability to kneel, climb, bend, twist, lift and squat 

· Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs

· Must be able to safely operate in, around, under and near equipment
