Our client in Memphis, TN is seeking a Physician Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent role, Monday-Friday schedule. Candidates will work alongside an established team of orthopedic providers. Responsibilities will include seeing patients in clinic, assisting in surgery, inpatient rounds.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in surgery, treat patients in office and on the floor
• Examine patients and their medical records
• Order and study diagnostic tests (blood tests, X-rays, etc.)
• Diagnose health conditions and illnesses
• Prescribe medications
• Maintain accurate records and schedules
• Educate patients and their family members

• Promote good health practices

Qualifications:

• Active Tennessee state physician assistant license or ability to obtain
• Masters degree
• New graduates or those with experience in orthopedics are encouraged to apply
