We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant in the Greenwich, CT area to work at a Primary Care office in the area. You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments. We are looking for candidates available on on a temporary to permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
• Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
• Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures
• Escort patients to exam rooms
• Write out prescriptions for physical therapy, tests, etc.
• Prepare patient charts
• Prepare rooms for patient examinations
• Sterilize & clean instruments
• Take inventory of medical materials and supplies
• 2 years experience a plus

​Qualifications:

• Familiarity with medical billing procedures
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 – 40 per week
