Job Description:
Lyden Oil Company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Chemical Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our customers are taken care of with any of their Service Chemical equipment and training. As a Service Chemical Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for exceptional service and product quality.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on service chemical inventory and equipment.
• Safely handle, transport, and store chemical products according to established protocols and procedures.
• Deliver chemical products to customer sites in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to delivery schedules and customer specifications.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining positive relationships.
• Conduct on-site installations and equipment maintenance as needed to support customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment activities.
• Maintain accurate records of chemical inventory levels, transactions, and customer interactions using designated systems and software.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to chemical handling, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance technical skills and knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in chemical handling or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in chemical handling, distribution, or related field strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols and procedures rigorously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed.
