Job Description- Maintenance Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for entering and maintaining accurate data in a computerized maintenance system, generating, printing and organizing maintenance and Preventative Maintenance (PM), work orders. This role will also be responsible for entering service order requisitions and CAR based requisitions into Oracle and 365 for proper approvals to specified management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• • Adhere to all safety requirements and report all unsafe acts and conditions immediate to ensure the safety of all employees.
  • Update, track and communicate data related to work-orders, preventative maintenance (PM) records, purchase orders (Pos) and equipment files
  • Update, track and communicate new launce PM requirements
  • Schedule all PMs for the maintenance and tooling departments
  • Audit PM schedule, results and report on findings to support predictive maintenance
  • Review of work order list with Maintenance/Tooling leadership to reduce lag time for work order completions.
  • Update, track and communicate Maintenance/Tooling performance reporting sharing metrics and spending data with leadership
  • Generate purchase orders and track account data while interacting with customers and finance department as required to ensure operations maintenance needs are met in a timely manner
  • Support Lean 6S practices in operations
  • Adhere to all company and location policies and safety rules
  • Work extended hours when required
  • Other additional duties assigned by Manager/Supervisor

Required Experience, Education, Skills, and Abilities for Consideration as a Candidate:

• High School graduate required
• Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Outlook, TEAMs, Excel & Word) required

Preferred or Additional, Experience, Education, Skills and Abilities:

• • Associates degree and/or equivalent experience strongly preferred
