We manage Single Family and Duplex properties mainly in the Temple Texas Area.

We are now hiring for a full-time experienced Groundskeeper/Maintenance Technician. looking for a responsible and hardworking individual that takes pride in what they do.

As a part of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for:

· Grounds Maintenance such as picking up liter, disposing of waste and debris.

· Yard maintenance such as cutting, mowing, weeding, blowing, & raking cutting limbs & trimming hedges.

· Assist with maintenance duties such as moving furniture, painting, work orders & repairs to sprinklers.

· Operates various gas and powered tools such as mowers, blowers, weed eaters, trimmers, & chain saws.

• Residential Property Maintenance and Make Ready: 2 years (Preferred)
• Current Driver's License (Required)
• Experience in pulling & backing up a trailer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
