Position Details:

Seeking experienced multifamily lead superintendent for a number of ground up stick frame projects across the Carolinas. Ideal candidate will be ready to step in and direct jobs from start to completion.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and communicate with project team members, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones
- Monitor project progress and quality, making adjustments as necessary
- Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and schematics
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations on job sites
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction process

Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in multifamily construction, leading projects $15MIL in value
- Proficiency in construction management software such as Prolog, HeavyBid, ProCore, and Bluebeam

Pay: $120,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
