Summary: The Multifamily Superintendent will be responsible for leading a team in ground up construction of wood frame garden style complexes across the state of Texas.

Job Description:

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of construction teams and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget and in compliance with building & safety codes
• Reviewing and interpreting blueprints, plans and specifications to determine the layout and sequence of activities
• Managing contracts and maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders
• Developmenting and implementing project schedules, coordinating work activities and monitoring progress
• Ensuring quality control measures are in place and adhered to, consistently delivering projects of the highest standards
• Implementing and enforcing safety policies and procedures, ensuring all work is conducted in a safe and efficient manner
• Conducting regular site inspections and providing regular progress reports to senior management

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in multifamily or commercial construction
• Proven ability to supervise field crews for successful completion of projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledgeable of Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suites, and other similar software

Pay: $110,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
