Job description
Must be able to carry out the complete Trunk Shows project in the different spaces and business opportunities in the region assigned. (Country Club, Stores, Charity, Boutiques, etc.)
- Is responsible in your region for planning, contacting, negotiating, developing and implementing action and sales plans to improve results through different types of events.
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop action plans.
- Establishes and communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to colleagues in other areas to ensure mutual understanding and desired results.
- Maintain an adequate inventory of items for sale at Trunk Shows.
- Identify any deterioration or damage to the merchandise.
- Reception of supplies and items for sale.
- upload and work with information through physical and digital media to track merchandise sales and issues related to the operation of the business.
- Coordination and responsibility for the transportation of items for Trunk Shows and exhibition areas that are necessary according to the type of events.
- Preparation of shipments in case the sale requires it.
- Supervises daily operations, proposing appropriate solutions to problems and reporting to the appropriate level of support and/or leadership when necessary.
- Ensure that co-workers and/or subordinate managers complete assigned responsibilities in a timely and effective manner to provide the highest level of customer service for the company.
- Comply with all established company policies and procedures while maintaining the security and confidentiality of documents and data.

Physical Demands:
Ability to store merchandise from shipment from the warehouse or stores to reception at the locations where the event takes place, placing these products and support materials, weighing up to 45 pounds, on shelves and display spaces at various heights.
- You are regularly required to move, where every activity has prior, during and post work where you will have to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry and walk through event spaces in open and closed locations.
- Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodations.

You must be between 25 and 40 years old to be employed for this position.

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail or fashion environment
- A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge

· Excellent presence and social and presentation skills.
· Sales experience / basic knowledge of Fashion.
· Independent, proactive, self-motivated and hungry to generate business.
