Luxury Clean is a new business we are bringing to the community of Cape Girardeau, MO. We will offer state of the art chemical free dry cleaning services and garment alterations services.

We are looking for a manager to help with the start up of this new business.

Managing experience is a must. Dry cleaning experience is great. Bilingual in Spanish would be a huge benefit to this position.

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for managing all activities and duties, administrative, employees and upholding outstanding customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Follow the Luxury Cleans safety rules and regulations

· Assure all employees uphold 5 star customer service standards

· Follow all Luxury Cleans policies and procedures

· Make all reports accurate and in a timely manor

· Organization of all incoming and out going orders.

· Managing of inventory

· Manage scheduling

· Team player- ready to train new and existing employees

· Contribute expertise and follow leadership directives

· Verbally communicate with coworkers and customers in a professional and positive manner

· Professional and respectful conduct with coworkers, customers and vendors

· All other duties as necessary

· Develops constructive and cooperative working relationships with coworkers, vendors and other company contacts, maintaining them over time

Education and Other Requirements:

· General Education required (Reading, Writing, Basic Math)

· Experience in management

· Experience with dry cleaning processes preferred

· Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

· Must have great communication and organization skills

· Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently

· Problem solving skills required

· Must work independently and as a member of team

· Strong work ethic, integrity, honesty

· This position is a minimum of 40 hours a week

· Regular and reliable attendance

· Self- starter, can be depended on to complete a task under minimal supervision

· Dependable, reliable, fulfills responsibilities

Physical Requirements

· Must be able to lift 50 pounds

· Must be able to be physically active for the duration of the work day

· Must be able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms, legs and whole body

· Must be able to stand, sit, bend, stoop, squat, walk, climb, lift, balance, grasp, while handling tools and materials

· Vision- must be able to read, right and work at a computer and equipment for long periods of time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
