Communication Coordinator Role

The Communication Coordinator Role fills a critical role in National Homecraft’s outbound call center and facilitates targeted digital marketing programs.

The Communication Coordinator will facilitate the outbound call center/communication needs for National HomeCraft, LLC (and its subsidiaries Luxury Bath, Andersen Windows, SolarShield Roofing, and Siding) as follows:

  1. Facilitates communication for all Outbound Customer Calls (current, past, or appointments missed) calls to re-engage the customer to set new In-Home Design Consultant appointments.
  2. Facilitates the digital communication / texting confirmation for appointment leads booked at all live events, promotional events,
  3. Facilitates communication for all Outbound phone calls to customer-related leads, appointment leads, and our digital text marketing initiatives
  4. Facilitates text marketing messaging to targeted customer base(s)
  5. Must have digital text marketing experience
  6. Must be able to quickly learn and apply software technology, learn new software, and can place outbound text marketing campaigns with various promotions, videos, pictures, and track marketing campaigns responses on a daily / weekly / monthly basis
  7. Facilitates the effectiveness and communicates to the Regional Manager, Marketing & Special Events and to the General Manager
  8. Facilities outbound appointment lead inquiries to book appointment leads for the In-Home Design Consultant / Demo Team (past customers, customer “no-shows” and rebooking in-home consultant demos).
  9. Facilitates the digital texting response program when customers reply to text marketing messages with the end result of booking an in-home consultation appointment.
  10. Facilitates the updates and manages the digital texting response program with timely responses such as STOP text messaging responses to keep the company in compliance with State and National laws.
  11. Facilitates the booking of text messaging for In-Home Design Consultants and manages the customer marketing lists with any new updates, phone number changes, or deletions. Facilitates a clean, compliant list of text messaging customers.

  1. Ability to work in a remote capacity
  2. Ability to navigate multiple priorities and time management skills
  3. Ethical, Moral, Timely, and Responsive
  4. Enjoys engaging customers on the phone; has a SMILE in their voice and represents the company through outbound calls
  5. Has a knowledge of digital marketing and can learn software and digital marketing programs easily and with accuracy
  6. Remote work anywhere in the United States.
  7. Remote work location is free of noise, distractions and can focus on multiple priorities.
  8. Remote work location to have high-speed internet access and smart-phone access for outbound calls, ability to accept a designated call back from the customer, and the ability to text-chat to book an in-home design consultation.
  9. Phone must have the capacity to preview messaging campaigns in real-time
  10. Remote work location to have up-to-date computer, lap-top, or desktop with updated Windows capacities.
  11. Thrives in an independent role but effectively communicates to National HomeCraft management on a daily and consistent basis to monitor Marketing campaigns and effectiveness of program.
  12. Has the ability to identify customer concerns or issues and communicates in a timely manner for management to address customer needs.
  13. You are engaged, enthusiastic, and bring a work ethic of positivity, “can-do” energy to the team.



Bonus / Commission Offered in addition to the hourly wage.

Expense Reimbursement:

  • Monthly Phone Expense
  • Monthly Wi-fi Expense
  • Monthly Text Messaging / Data Messaging Charges
  • Monthly billing from the service provider required for expense reporting with verifiable billing charges required.

National HomeCraft, LLC is seeking multiple people for this role.

Must be able to work in Eastern Standard Time Zone (9 am to 9 pm)

Role is Part-Time or Full Time Depending on individual availability.

AM/Mid/PM Shifts are considered for this role. A minimum of 20 hours / week is average depending on the individual. Candidates that can work additional hours up to full time hours will be considered.

Company provides paid, full product training.

Start Date: We are looking to hire immediately for this role.
