Our company is looking for Groundskeeper /Make Ready Maintenance Tech for our Luxury Apartment Community.
The Groundskeeper/Maintenance Technician should be friendly and who will take pride in their work and keep our community clean, safe and well maintained. Someone who can multi-task in a fast paced environment, and has an understanding of maintaining the exterior grounds and amenities, make ready routine maintenance as well as great customer service.

This candidate should have knowledge of maintaining grounds and will be responsible for the upkeep of property common interiors, landscape, pool and any other designated areas assigned by Manager/Maintenance Supervisor.

Essential duties include, but are not limited to:

·Maintain grounds, keep all exterior and interior common areas clean and free of debris (buildings, breezeways, sidewalks, driveways, parking, and dumpster areas)

·Assist in Make ready units (general maintenance, painting, cleaning, trashing out, etc)

·Maintaining Pool and Fitness area and keep clean and free of debris

·Ensures that all exterior lighting is operable and change when necessary

Seasonal snow removal of sidewalks, breezeways and walkways

·Assist maintenance team in ensuring the property meets all safety standards and properly maintained.

·Report to Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
