Field Application Engineer (Electrical/Signal Integrity Focused) 

Role:

• Transform customer requirements into clear, actionable items for the factory team, and communicate and drive the team to provide on-time proposals
• Organize data from numerous sources into a customer presentation; present key product differentiators and win projects
• Drive product management, engineering, R&D, and quality teams to move a product from design phase to mass production 
• Influence product design directions by understanding and relaying customer application issues and concerns
• Develop and maintain relationships with key engineers at customers
• Resolve quality issues by containment, root cause analysis, correction plan to minimize impact and improve products
• Keep up to date on industry and product trends and provide product training to sales team
• Perform electrical analyses in support of US customers 

Qualifications:

• BSEE or equivalent engineering degree from a four-year college or university is required
• 2 years of engineering experience; Experience in Signal Integrity is preferred design/analysis/testing is preferred
• Self-motivated; Ability to be productive when working alone, as well as on a team
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to set goals and drive for results
• Proficiency in electrical/SI software such as HFSS, Microwave Studio, SnpExpert 
• Experience in high-speed interconnect and cable is preferred
• Strong business acumen; Customer-centric mentality
• Strong organizational skills; Experience in Project Management is preferred 
• Experience in Quality Management is preferred; Ability to apply statistics concepts

Locations:

• Flexible work-in-office and work-at-home schedule
• Harrisburg, PA location preferred
