General Description & Responsibilities: The Dietary Manager is responsible for oversight of all kitchen operations to include, meal service, quality assurance, audit & staff observation, sanitation rounds, kitchen onboarding and training, food ordering and inventory.
This position requires some type of formal food service degree, or prior experience of (5) or more years of Dining Operations/Food Service experience.
