Luxium Solutions in Milford, NH is in search of a Fabrication Technician. The Fabrication Technician is responsible for setting up and operating polishing equipment to polish optics and optical components.
The job involves performing a variety of finish surface grinding and polishing activities including mounting, grinding, polishing, cutting to size and inspecting ceramic material following established methods and procedures.
Schedule is M-F 2 : 00pm-10 : 30pm, including shift differential!
Required initial training period will be on 1st shift : 6 : 00am-2 : 30pm and will last about 4-6 weeks depending on individual.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required.
- 1 year of Machining experience required.
- Experience with micrometers and calipers required.
- Technical / trade school degree or certificate in Machining preferred.
