We are currently experiencing rapid growth and we are seeking a Digital Marketing Growth Manager to lead the charge!
We are seeking a strong marketing generalist, team-builder/coach, strategist, project manager, and digital wizard who can manage our cross-functional, multi-departmental team while also analyzing and implementing strategies to extend our mission to our next 10,000 customers and 4M active users. The Digital Marketing Growth Manager is accountable for creating the top of funnel plan to accomplish our sales targets. They are in the garage helping our small “internal marketing agency” team to deliver in all areas of marketing (SEO/SEM/Digital, Content Production, Audience/Growth Management, Branding/PR/Events, etc.) while also being responsible for building out A/B testing on digital ads, SEO/SEM, and email campaigns to get the most traction with new customers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of inbound lead generation, digital marketing tactics, and MQL > SQL enablement in CRM. This leader would also be responsible for oversight of our WordPress-based website’s content optimization and administration (with some delegation across the team and/or work with external resources as needed).
Key Responsibilities | Accountability
Drive Marketing Strategy and Manage Marketing Team
Managing cross functional strategy and project coordination across the marketing team
Provide regular reporting on all marketing activities across individual departments and the organization at large.
Oversee both digital marketing and audience/user acquisition/growth strategies across business units and the organization as a whole.
Collaboratively formulating, executing, and refining on an ongoing basis marketing strategies across business units (Multifamily Sales, Services Sales, New Ventures Sales, Community, and Partners/Value-Added Resellers).
Manage a team of specialists tasked with acting as an internal marketing agency serving business units throughout the organization.
Managing Marketing Funnel
Managing the reverse funnel (inbound and Outbound lead generation activities across the organization, collaborate with business units on keeping it all dialed in)
Provide regular reporting on all activities (total leads, leads by business unit, MQL’s/SQL’s by business unit).
Provide direction and input to sales team and marketing business units around campaign creation and ongoing management.
Provide regular reporting, feedback, and recommendations around campaign messaging effectiveness and / or needed improvements / optimizations
Ownership and ongoing management of user acquisition / audience / growth-related initiatives (in collaboration with all others on the team)
Managing Digital Ads
Manage Ad spend budget allocation across channels with ongoing reporting (Google, LinkedIn, Instagram, PPC, etc.)
Manage any outsourced ad spend / campaigns
A/B testing, Targeting, Retargeting and Rematching
Work with our Partners
Work with Channel Partners, Distributors, and Resellers as needed, providing direction around inbound upcoming campaigns and how to
Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to understand their specific needs and requirements.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand what initiatives are upcoming and best position this for customer needs
Qualifications
Wide breadth of experience in multiple marketing domains including event management, brand management, public relations, content production, design, and product marketing.
Proven experience in campaign building for B2B and/or B2C businesses
Experience in content building and marketing operations platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Canva, Hubspot, Trello, Braze/Iterable/Cordial (marketing automation platforms), LMS’s, and more
Strong understanding of IT systems and software applications - Luxer One is an Apple OS / Google Workspace environment. Proficiency in iOS is a must have.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing workplace operations is a plus.
Ownership of the role and responsibilities.
This position is entrepreneurial in nature and may require changes with or without prior notice.
Additional Information
This is a full time position based in Charlotte, NC or Sacramento, CA but will work a hybrid schedule
The Digital Marketing Growth Manager will report to the VP of Sales & Marketing based in Charlotte, NC or designated representative
Salary and benefits will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
