Luxer One Zoho is Hiring a Package Handler Near Chicago, IL
Availability Required: Monday-Sunday ( 10am-8pm)
Luxer One is looking for an organized and customer-focused individual to provide package management services to luxury apartment buildings.
This service representative will help organize and maintain package reception rooms/locker systems at apartment complexes located in their assigned market. The service rep will visit their assigned property/properties multiple times a week, and perform various duties.
What You’ll Do:
Provide in-person support to residents having package questions/issues
Log recently-delivered packages into the property's automated package management system
Organize packages within the room, to make it easier for residents to find their packages
Assist team members with audits of the package room
This is a part-time role (20-30 hours a week). This role is also part of a new, expanding service program – with opportunities for growth at Luxer One.
Requirements
Who You Are:
Professional and personable. You will be working in upscale apartment buildings.
Access to reliable transportation (e.g. a personal car or access to Metro)
Comfortable using technology (you will be using a digital package management system)
Good organizational and problem-solving skills
Able to/comfortable with moving and arranging packages, some of which may be bulky
At least 18 years old.
