We are currently hiring for a Store Manager in our Ohio Bridal Outlet! Ohio Bridal Outlet is an off-the-rack bridal company, it is the last destination for gowns within Luxe Brands and offers brides a designer gown at a heavily discounted price. We pride ourselves in providing the best and final possible discount on a wedding gown in a brick-and-mortar setting with knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Now, let’s talk #workperks! While bridal is a niche market of retail – our hours certainly don’t reflect those of traditional retail hours [goodbye early mornings late, late nights!]. Also, pop the champs, we are CLOSED on all those special holidays where big box retail finds it revenue-worthy to be open. Our Store Manager will work according to the store’s operating hours and may require flexibility for opening and closing procedures. This position requires Saturday and occasional Sunday hours based on business needs.

The Store Manager will be responsible for sales, customer experience, daily operations, and employee development. This position is expected to lead, manage, retain, and hold the team accountable. The Store Manager will work collaboratively with our boutique teams, and report to the District Sales Manager.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience as a sales or store manager. Bridal experience is a plus!
  • Must be extremely self-motivated, unapologetically goal-oriented 100% laser-focused on providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
  • Extremely organized with the ability to multi-task.
  • Proficient with Apple products and knowledgeable in Google Drive and Microsoft Office.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds for boxes mannequins, and move multiple gowns on hangers.

  • Eligible for store bonus packages
  • Bonus packages can bring total compensation up to $54,000 per year
