Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physicians Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a Nurse Practitioner or Physicians Assistant, you will provide high-quality patient care via remote, on call coverage of patients residing in drug rehabilitation facilities.

Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests through remote access.
• Prescribe medications and treatments based on patient needs
• Collaborate with the physician and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
• Document all patient interactions accurately and timely

Experience:

• Previous experience working as a Nurse Practitioner or Physicians Assistant is preferred
• Familiarity with medication administration is required
• Experience working in assisted living or nursing home settings is beneficial

Qualifications:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physicians Assistant license in California
• Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner or

Physician's Assistant

• Excellent clinical skills and ability to provide evidence-based care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
