Luxe Mobile Health is Hiring a Customer Experience Associate - Concierge Healthcare (Fri, Sat, Sunday - 3:00 PM to 9:30 PM) Near Houston, TX

A healthcare startup is looking for compassionate people to help us grow, manage some aspects of logistics, and take care of our patients.

What is great about our position:

Hours:

  • Friday, Saturday, Sunday (3:00PM to 9:30PM)

Pay:

  • Expected $18 per hour ($14/hour bonuses). Great candidates can earn $20 /Hour
  • Bonuses will likely grow with time, as the business is growing fast.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage the schedule of appointments for the company. This includes moving appointments between providers as necessary, answering questions from our providers (for example missing patient information), and addressing any logistical issues as necessary.
  • Monitor incoming messages (such as text or chat) to answer customer questions.
  • Speak with potential patients (approximately 10 phone calls per shift), understand their needs, answer their questions, and help them through the booking process.

Required:

  • Good with technology (such as using a computer, etc.)
  • No foreign accent
  • Belief in modern medicine
  • Compassion towards those suffering from medical ailments

Great to have:

  • Experience working in the medical field and/or some understanding of medical issues and medical terminology.
  • Sales experience
  • Being fluent in Spanish is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
