Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for patient care and education. In addition to providing thorough dental cleanings and preventive care, the successful candidate will work collaboratively with our team to ensure our patients the best possible dental experience.

Responsibilities:

• Perform dental cleanings with precision and attention to detail.
• Take intraoral radiographs and photos.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, preventive care strategies.
• Assist in the assessment and treatment planning process alongside the dental team.
• Take impressions and perform iTero scanning as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Uphold infection control protocols and ensure a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Valid Dental Hygienist license.
• Prior experience as a Dental Hygienist preferred.
• Willing to take continuing education courses with our team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.
• Demonstrated proficiency in patient education and preventive oral healthcare.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

• Knowledge of occlusion and orthodontics is a plus.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.
• Knowledge of front office and scheduling is a plus.
