**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hair styling, customer service, and creating a welcoming environment for clients. **Duties:** - Provide barbering services such as haircuts, beard trims, and shaves - Demonstrate expertise in various hair styling techniques including fades, razor cuts, and scissor cuts - Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable hairstyles - Perform hair treatments such as coloring, straightening, and hair extensions - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and common areas - Upsell salon products and services to clients **Requirements:** - Proven experience as a Barber with knowledge of cosmetology practices - Proficiency in using salon software for appointment scheduling and client management - Familiarity with color theory for hair coloring services - Ability to use a straight razor for precise shaving techniques - Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and retain clients - Knowledge of front desk operations in a salon setting *Nice-to-have Skills:* - Experience with hair extensions - Understanding of color theory for advanced coloring techniques - Proficiency in upselling salon products and services Join our team to showcase your barbering skills, provide exceptional service to clients, and contribute to a vibrant salon environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.99 - $24.07 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
