Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of automotive systems, a commitment to quality workmanship, and a dedication to customer satisfaction. As a Master Technician at Luv Toyota, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring the safety and reliability of our customers' vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on Toyota vehicles.
• Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Utilize specialized tools and equipment to accurately diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers to explain repairs and recommendations.
• Adhere to dealership and manufacturer guidelines for quality and efficiency.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an automotive technology program preferred.
• ASE certification(s) required; Master Technician certification required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician, with a focus on Toyota vehicles.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and repair manuals.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
