Key Duties of a Residential Maintenance Technician:· Install tank water heaters, faucets, & toilets· Basic drain and water line re-pipe· May require lifting, pushing or pulling of objects over 75 pounds
Special Skills & Knowledge Required:· High School Diploma or GED preferred· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a combination of install and/or service· Valid drivers license with a good driving record· Able to pass background screening and pre-employment drug test· Work mandatory overtime· Understands proper operation of HVAC equipment and basic electronics of system· Able to perform simple soldering and brazing· Understanding of basic piping practices, to include copper, plastic, & pex· Able to troubleshoot and wire new construction commercial/residential
