If you have a passion for making a positive change in your community, LSI is looking for you. Our Bremwood Residential Treatment Campus in Waverly has a long history of serving trauma-impacted kids in Iowa. LSI is looking for a compassionate, dedicated full-time Clinical Manager to empower these children toward success.
Duties

LSI's Clinical Manager is responsible for implementing the residential treatment clinical philosophy and therapeutic milieu to build a positive and healthy environment for the children on campus.

This role also coordinates and supervises admissions and intake requests for PMIC services.

Our Clinical Manager is responsible for the clinical supervision of therapists and caseworkers, to ensure that our programs, activities, and staff are consistent with their adherence to regulations, structure, policies, and procedures.

This role is for someone eager to be part of a clinical team, and provide the best quality care for kids.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates for this position will have a Master's degree in a health or human services-related field, with a required minimum of five years of related experience.

An ideal candidate would have three years of supervisory experience and also be eligible to be licensed in the state of Iowa.

Acceptable levels of licensure:
LISW, LMHC, or LMFT.

This position requires a valid driver's license, auto insurance, a good driving record, and the ability to pass an extensive background check, including checks of the Dependent Adult and Child Abuse registries, the Sex Offender registry, and the criminal history check.
