Essential Job Functions

• Coordinates or acts as move-in coordinator facilitating the move-in process for new members.
• Maintains organization of the office to present a positive Public Relations image and ensures necessary supplies such as stamp inventory, forms, etc. are available daily to support optimum function of the center in completion of job responsibilities.
• Stays current on campus activities, meeting locations and times, upcoming event information, and resident census activity and ensures Reception Center Team is up to date.
• Answers and handles all incoming calls in a professional manner.
• Greets and gives direction or information to prospective residents/members.
• Oversees cleanliness, readiness, and functions of gathering spaces.
• Coordinates reservations of rooms and equipment for staff, residents, and community
• Assists team members with coordinating ongoing activities for residents and hosting special events for the community.
• Participates in trainings and programs as required by outside consultants and/or LLV.
• Is observant of, and communicates to Manager or Executive Director, any deterioration in physical, emotional, and/or mental abilities in residents.
• Receive calls and inquiries from prospective members and connect them to the Executive Director.
• Coordinate Pre-Made meal program as required.
• Display behavior that supports LLV's mission, vision, values, and policies; consistently perform position responsibilities in a professional and ethical manner.
• Protect confidential information of clients, team members, residents, and vendors.
• Complete all other duties as assigned.

Experience

• Minimum of (2) years of related experience in general office work.
• Previous experience working with older adults strongly preferred.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Strong verbal, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of telephone etiquette and customer service.
• Computer software skills including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data-based programs.
