Lutheran Life Villages has an opening for an experienced Nurse Manager to fill the role of an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for our Anthony Blvd Community. The ideal candidate must have an Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. This candidate must be well-versed in quality measures associated with the long-term care industry, wound care/treatments, and has the ability to discuss improvement measures taken in previous roles. This candidate must also have a proven track record of leadership skills/qualities.
The ADON will primarily be responsible for the coordination of daily resident services that are a part of the plan of care. Provides educational and learning opportunities within a supportive environment that encourages employees to gain knowledge, skills, and appropriate behaviors necessary to perform assigned duties competently. The ADON will coordinate learning experiences that support delivery of quality services and monitors the activities of all nursing employees to ensure quality services are provided and comply with State, Federal, and Organization guidelines.
