Reporting to the Manager for Donor Services and Annual Giving, the Annual and Leadership Giving Intern will assist the development staff in donor stewardship and donor database maintenance. Position will work no more than 20 hours per week.

DUTIES

  • Steward annual giving donors through phone calls, emails, mailing, and/or donation appeal initiatives
  • Provide support with maintaining and improving donor services processes
  • Support the Leadership Giving Specialist in donor stewardship including peer-to-peer fundraising
  • Provide Administrative support as needed
  • Work collaboratively with team members to support their roles and work

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma required; Current college student or recent graduate in a related field of study preferred
  • Knowledge of CRM programs
  • Commitment to LIRS' core mission and values and an ability to model those values in relationship with colleagues and partners; commitment to empowering refugees and migrants.
