Summary:
Under the direction of the Supply Chain Officer, Materials Management, plans, organizes and manages
operational and personnel functions involved in the receipt, stocking, distribution, decontaminationsterilization, and
packaging of surgery equipment, supplies, and implants consistent with hospital
goals, objectives and regulations impacting inventory management in an acute healthcare facility.
Registration/Certification/Licensure:
Surgical Technologist IAHCS MM certification exam within 18 months of hire.
Experience:
Previous sterile processing experience a plus. Experience in a leadership role leadership role.
Education:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program or school of surgical technology.
