Lutheran Health System Serv is Hiring a Program Assistant- Medical Staff Development (Recruitment) Near Fort Wayne, IN

Job Summary:

Works in collaboration with provider recruitment team to support activities to include administrative and networking functions.

Overview of Responsibilities:

Participate as engaged member of recruitment team

Maintaining recruitment data spreadsheets

Preparing weekly and monthly reports

Coordinate site visit travel and accommodations with candidates

Participate in site visits in support of recruiters when needed

Process physician travel reimbursement

Maintain inventory of office supplies and site visit supplies

Assist/participate in recruitment events as needed

Support all recruitment efforts as assigned

Works under the direction of Director, Medical Staff Development

Experience:
2 - 3 years experience in office setting working with multiple projects and priorities.

Education:
Minimum of a high school or its equivalent (GED); course work or training in office operations including
applicable office software.

Job Knowledge & Skills:

Demonstrates working knowledge of the English language, verbal and written.

Demonstrates strong knowledge of office operations, policies and procedures, related computer applications and business communications.

Demonstrates ability to create and utilize Microsoft Office and Google Suite products.

Requires organizational skills to effectively maintain work process flow in a dynamic environment.

Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written to effectively interact with all internal and external department customers, as needed.

  • 2 - 3 years: Two to three years progressively more responsible experience in working in office setting and providing support at the professional level.
