Position Title: Proposal Administrator

Pay Scale: Starting at $24/hour

Are you passionate about securing funding to drive impactful programs and services? We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Proposal Administrator to lead our grant-writing and proposal development efforts. As the Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in researching funding opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, and managing the pre-and post-award process for grants and government contracts. Offer Details:

  • Starting Pay: $24/hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Research & Proposal Development: Identify and evaluate external funding sources, develop grant proposals, and compile comprehensive grant applications to support our programs and services.
  • Budgeting & Reporting: Create grant-specific budgets, coordinate financial reporting, and ensure compliance with grant requirements throughout the funding cycle.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain organized records of all grant submissions, track proposal statuses, and adhere to granting agency guidelines and deadlines.
  • Collaboration & Support: Work collaboratively with internal departments to assess program needs, gather necessary information, and provide administrative support for proposal development.

Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong ability to work effectively within diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience in grant writing and proposal development
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Accounting)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Professional demeanor and tactful communication when managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders

Working Environment:

  • Part-time position (up to 29 hours per week)
  • Hybrid work environment, offering flexibility and autonomy in your role
