Job Summary
Luther Park Place Motors in Rochester, Minnesota is searching for a BMW Genius to join their team of Automotive professionals. This is a full time, hourly, individual contributor role in the auto industry. The BMW Genius will be responsible for providing support to customers for the BMW products and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries about BMW products and services
• Provide customers with product information
• Provide excellent customer service
• Develop strong relationships with customers
• Demonstrate product features and explain product warranties
• Assist customers in performing product maintenance and repair
• Process customer orders
• Respond to customer complaints
• Initiate solution-based resolutions to customer problems involving BMW products and services
Requirements
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the automotive industry
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Must possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Must possess an understanding of BMW products and technologies
• Must possess the ability to work independently and within a team
• Must be available for flexible scheduling
