REPORTS TO: Executive Director

POSITION: The Move-In Coordinator is responsible for supporting and assisting the Sales and Marketing Coordinator in supporting the marketing goals of the community through effective planning of move ins, move outs, in-house transfers and other sales activities including all aspects of the move-in process starting at the time of deposit. This position would also create and deliver a life enrichment program that enriches the lives of our residents. The Move-In Coordinator role reports to the Executive Director.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Entrepreneurial spirit a must!
• Minimum of 3 years administrative/management experience.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with staff, resident’s, referral sources and the broader community.
• A strong commitment to quality care and service and sensitivity to the needs and concerns of older adults.
• Criminal History Clearance
• Valid Driver License
• Motor Vehicle Driving History Clearance
• Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in business or health care administration or human services field preferred or any combination of education and experience that provides the necessary skills, which include planning, marketing and financial and personnel management.
• Develops positive relationships with referral sources, i.e. physicians, hospital discharge planners, clergy, care managers, other home care organizations, and social workers to facilitate a steady stream of referrals of new business to the organization. Works with the appropriate Luther Manor employees to ensure internal referrals.
