Luther Cadillac, a premier luxury car dealership, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Technician to join our team at our brand new state-of-the-art facility 

As a Master Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues, performing routine maintenance procedures, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with a competitive base salary and commission structure, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues utilizing knowledge of automotive systems and technology
- Perform routine maintenance procedures such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake replacements
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers to explain suggested repairs and provide accurate estimates of work to be done
- Utilize dealership resources and specialized tools to complete repairs efficiently and accurately
- Keep up-to-date on manufacturer technical bulletins and complete necessary training to maintain Master Technician status
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety standards and dealership guidelines
- Assist other technicians as needed and provide guidance and knowledge sharing to less experienced team members
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
- 5 years of experience as a Automotive Technician, with at least 2 years at the Master level
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and ability to diagnose and repair complex issues
- Proficient with dealership diagnostic equipment and computer software
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
