Position Summary
Apply principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports by performing the following duties.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred
· Minimum of one to three years related experience and/or training
· Previous experience in real estate, construction, or supply chain industry preferred
Essential Job Functions:
· Full cycle accounting for assigned companies.
· Reconcile and manage cash.
· Reconcile and manage receivables with customers.
· Reconcile and manage vendor relationships.
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual operating statements.
· Work with business partner to address financial questions and concerns.
· Ad hoc projects (lender draws, process improvements, etc.).
