Responsibilities And Duties

• Communicate effectively with guests, helping them with their food and beverage selection.
• Manage drinks and food at the bar, for servers tables, and deliver a positive guest experience.
• Professional and enthusiastic attitude

Qualifications And Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a bartender in a high-volume operation.
• A current drink/ beer vernacular with a high degree of recipe and product knowledge.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to create memorable guest connections with food and beverage.
• Gain mastery of the restaurant's offering.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the team to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Ability to work a variable schedule, including weekends.
• Good judgment skills and adaptive attitude
