Cashier:

- Cashiers are responsible for providing friendly, responsive and exceptional guest service to create “Raving Fans” and future Lunatics.
As a Cashier, you will:
- Greet each guest as they enter and leave the restaurant. They are family treat them as such!
- Follow all cash handling policies and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining room, restrooms, and patios.
- Ensure guests are satisfied with meal and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
- Deliver exceptional guest service on each and every shift.
Our Cashiers need to:
- Stand and/or walk for an entire shift – From bending, twisting, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members - To explain our menu and educate guests on our brand and catering options.
