Learn more at Lumos | High-Speed Fiber Internet Provider in NC, VA and SC (lumosfiber.com) The PositionThe Building Attendant is responsible for overseeing the general cleaning and maintenance of assigned buildings and surrounding grounds, including but not limited to maintaining lighting, small plumbing and electrical repairs, as well as the pool vehicles assigned to those buildings. Additional duties include driving a Company vehicle for general courier services i.e. mail/supplies pickup and delivery. Performs other duties as required and assigned.
