Lumio is Home Experience, Elevated.™ About This Role As a Solar Installer, you will be part of a team to install a residential rooftop solar system. Your job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: installing rooftop solar systems, ensuring the vehicle(s) are clear of personal items or trash, maintenance of solar systems when necessary. Overall Responsibilities Work with a team to install the racking system and solar panels on residential roofs Assemble solar panels, arrays, and any supporting structures required Complete any required repairs in compliance with local, state, and OSHA standards Service the solar system as needed Contribute a high quality of installation Clean and prepare trucks at the end of the day to ensure that the vehicle is ready for the next day’s use Occasional work in the warehouse organizing equipment Maintain compliance to all PPE and safety regulations per OSHA and company standards Perform other needed job tasks as requested by leadership Qualifications 1 to 2 years of construction experience, solar experience preferred Ability to work well with others that are on your team Comfortable being and working on roofs Capability to lift and move up to 40 to 50 lbs This is a driving required position and you must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record for insurability Minimum 25% travel required What We Offer Competitive Medical, Dental & Vision Options Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) 401k Match Ancillary Benefits Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Eleven (11) Observed holidays Learning and Development Legal Disclaimer Lumio, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values workplace diversity.
