Job Description: Luminus is searching for a technical leader to support customers and potential customers of power semi products and foundry customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Sales and customers in all technical aspects of selling

• Set-up Sunnyvale power semi applications lab and test parts as needed in the lab

• Act as technical liaison between China factory and customers

• Publish application notes, reference circuit diagrams and technical white papers

• Answer customer’s technical questions

• Act as first line of communication for quality issues and corrective action reports

• Perform competitive benchmark testing and publish competitive analysis reports

Qualifications for the Position:

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering and minimum 5 years of industry experience

• Hands-on experience with power semiconductors

• Experience with SiC and GaN power semi products

Compensation Range: $120,000 - $140,000 / year
