Position Objective:
The Patient Experience Specialist is responsible for providing support for Luminis Health regarding patient experience excellence through communication and collaboration of key patient experience initiatives that support our strategic plan, mission, vision and values for Luminis Health. Responsibilities include: monitoring data and “voice of the patient” feedback through data analysis and transparency, rounding, staff/provider shadowing, coaching and ongoing training and education on Patient Experience best practices and performance improvement projects. Monitoring and sharing “Voice of the Patient” feedback obtained through patient comments on the experience surveys, social media avenues and participation in our Patient and Family Advisory Council(s) (PFAC) is expected and will be leveraged to drive the focus and direction of our continuous improvement efforts.

Physical Demands –
Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work.
