What you will be doing:

• Produces high-quality, visually appealing online content including makeup tutorials, product demonstrations, and beauty tips promoting Luminess makeup products.
• Films and edits photos and videos using software to ensure consistency, quality, and brand cohesion.
• Collaborates with marketing team to conceptualize and produce engaging campaigns, including product launches, seasonal promotions, and special events.
• Monitors and responds to comments, and engages with audience to build brand loyalty.
• Follows emerging trends in makeup, beauty, and digital media to identify new opportunities for content creation and audience engagement.
• Monitors increase in traffic due to new content and takes action accordingly to improve the traffic metrics.
• Completes filming, editing, and posting projects on-time and within budget.
• Is comfortable in front of the camera, and ensures content aligns with the brand's overall creative direction.
• Attends events and functions as and when appropriate.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What you will need:

• High school diploma or GED required. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a similar field preferred.
• Proven experience as a content creator, social media influencer, or brand ambassador in the beauty or cosmetics industry
• Passionate about makeup artistry and a keen eye for beauty trends and techniques.
• Strong creative vision and the ability to conceptualize and execute original ideas.
• Proficiency in photography, videography, and video editing software for social media content.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
• Strong understanding of marketing concepts, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented, adaptable, self-starter, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism.
• Attention to detail.
