Lumberton Treatment Center is Hiring a Nurse LPN/RN - Full time / Weekends Near Lumberton, NC

Job Summary:

Responsible for the restoration of patient's health and collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to provide support to patients.

Job Duties: (include but are not limited to):

Administer 2 medications.
Daily inventory count of medication supply.
Responsible for safeguarding medication inventory.
Observe / monitor patient demeanor and observe for overmedications signs and symptoms.
Communicate patient concerns to appropriate team member.
Comply with federal and state privacy rules, including 42 CFR Parts 160, 164 as well as applicable clinic policies and procedures.
Contact other centers to verify dosages as needed and coordinate care with outsides providers, as applicable.
Follow medical orders.

Job Types: Both Full-time, Part-time.

Pay: Dependent upon experience and license.
